Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 blockTofu
  2. 1 smallclove, chopped finely Garlic
  3. 1cm piece, chopped finely Ginger
  4. 20cm length, chopped White part of a Japanese leek
  5. 1 tspDoubanjiang
  6. 150 ml○Hot water
  7. 1/2 tsp○Chinese soup stock powder
  8. 1 tsp○Vinegar
  9. 1 tbsp○Sugar
  10. 1 tbsp○Sake
  11. 2 tbsp○Ketchup
  12. 2 tsp○Soy sauce
  13. 1enough to thicken the sauce Katakuriko slurry
  14. 1chopped Green onions or scallions

Cooking Instructions

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic, ginger, leek and doubanjiang.

    Pour in the ○ sauce and bring to a boil. Add the diced tofu.

    Add the scallions and stir in the dissolved katakuriko to thicken. Done.
