I wanted to enjoy the taste of the salad served at Jojoen restaurants, using familiar ingredients.

I reduced the amount of oil in this dressing and added vinegar instead to make it healthy.
-The salad dressing served at Jojoen restaurants do not contain vinegar.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. For the dressing:
  2. 1 1/2 tbspSesame oil
  3. 1 1/2 tbspVegetable oil
  4. 1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 2 tbspVinegar
  6. 1 1/2 tbspGround sesame seeds
  7. 1cm in tube Grated garlic
  8. 1/2 tspUmami seasoning
  9. 1 pinchSalt
  10. For the salad:
  11. 1as much (to taste) Vegetables of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.

    Add the washed and dried vegetables into the bowl and mix. Put it in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes to let the vegetables absorb the flavor.

    Remove any excess moisture from the vegetables and serve to a plate.
