When my daughter was small, she would only eat raw vegetables with this dressing. It's also good on warmed cooked vegetables!

Sesame Dressing (for my son Kuu-chan) -is my son's favorite.

Ingredients

  1. 50 mlSoy sauce
  2. 50 mlVinegar
  3. 50 mlVegetable oil
  4. 25 gramsSugar
  5. 1/2 tspCoarsely ground pepper (and spices of your choice)

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the ingredients in a container with a lid, and shake well! I like using mixed steak spices.

    The dressing is delicious poured over cubed tomatoes. It's also good on salmon sashimi in a carpaccio style.
