Peanut Butter Bread Rolls
KSB stumbled and this recipe last week on his children channel, so he decided yesterday to try it out since we had alll the ingredients at home.
Surprisingly the bread rolls came of well and went well with my Pineapple and ginger tea this morning.
So here's KSB's summer holiday peanut butter bread rolls.

Cooking Instructions

Pour warm milk in a bowl, add sugar, salt and yeast, stir every well...
Next add the flour, using a silicone spatula, mix well till it form a dough (not very smooth dough)

Pour in the melted butter, now use your hand to mix well to form.nice elastic dough. Allow dough to rest for 10mins

Add oil on a smooth surface and place dough on it...
Roll out dough into a rectangular shape. Not too thick
Next, using a spoon, spread the Peanut Buter thinly inside the dough and roll to cover.

Cut into small size using a fishing line..
Place on a butter baking tray..
Cover up and allow to rest for 60mins.

After 60mins, brush the top with milk and bake on moderate heat for 15 to 20mins
And removed from oven...and just enjoy.
