Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Onions
  3. Blended pepper and onions
  4. Palm oil
  5. Maggi (to taste)
  6. Dry fish
  7. Meat
  8. Cray fish

Cooking Instructions

    Soak your beans overnight and wash it the next day

  2. 2

    After soaking then wash it and remove the black head. Put your beans in a pot and also put your water. Don’t forget to put little Kanwa to make your beans cook fast

  3. 3

    After your beans has started melting,you put your dry fish,meat crayfish blended pepper and don’t forget to add your maggi

  4. 4

    Allow it to your gbegeri is ready
