Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 250 gButter
  3. 6egg
  4. 1 cupSugar
  5. Baking powder 1tspn
  6. White vinegar half tspn

Cooking Instructions

    Crack egg in a bowl then separate the white and the yolk

  2. 2

    In a bowl add in sugar and butter mix until fluffy, add the yolk and vanilla flavour and mix

  3. 3

    Add vinegar in your egg white and mix it with mixer until fluffy and set aside

  4. 4

    Add flour and baking powder in your fluffy butter and sugar mix until Creamy, gradually add in egg white and keep stirring until soft and Creamy (do not over mix)

  5. 5

    Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners and bake in preheated oven till golden brown or until toothpick inserted the cake and comes out clean.
