Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel off the skin of squid.Then make a diagonal slit on the skin.

Boil a little water to blanch the squid to remove the smell.Then wash in running water

Heat wook add oil then stir fry the onion stalks then the chillies.

Add in squid and pour the sauce.Stir fry for two mins only.

Not more than two mins so that the squid are still tender.Transfer to a plate.

HeheheThe outcome is actually delicious. My hubby cant tolerate spices so I did not add chopped red peppers. You can add red peppers for a bit of sizzle.
