Ingredients

4 servings
  1. For the batter:
  2. 1/2Cabbage (minced)
  3. 130 gramsCake flour
  4. 150 mlJapanese dashi stock
  5. 80 gramsTofu (silken)
  6. 1Egg
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper
  8. Toppings:
  9. 1Corn kernels, tempura crumbs, pork, cheese, mochi, etc
  10. 1Okonomiyaki sauce
  11. 1Mayonnaise
  12. 1Bonito flakes
  13. 1Aonori

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the batter ingredients except cabbage into a bowl and mix. When it's mixed, add cabbage and the toppings (except meat).

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter in using the ladle. Place the meat on the batter as illustrated in the photo.

    Flip it over and cook until golden brown.

    The meat side should look like this.

    Put the sauce and the toppings on it and enjoy!
