Recently, I started hitting the gym but then I realized to achieve what I want I have to add some smoothie to go with my diet.

Bananas prevent muscle cramp, they also provide a steady stream of glucose, making them perfect for fueling a workout.They hydrate and moisturizes dry skin, making it soft and supple.

I enjoy this as a post workout snack, very delicious and creamy.

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 3large bananas
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 2 teaspoonhoney
  4. 1/2 teaspoonVanilla extract (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Slice 3 large bananas into medium size and put them in a blender

  2. 2

    Add 1 cup of low fat milk

  3. 3

    Add 2 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  4. 4

    Blend until smooth

  5. 5

    Drizzle some caramel syrup in a jar/cup then pour the smoothie.
