Garri a.k.a garin kwaki is something not everyone is a fan of ,the only few things we use garri for is eba,soak and drink it with sugar,kuli kuli and groundnut e.t.c,Some even think taking garri means you are poor,,ok so am giving out a simple and delicious recipe using garri (garin kwaki)

I’m feeling Nostalgic right now as I am writing this recipe with full of love and longing for my grandma. She’s such an amazing cook and baker I wish I could be as half as the good cook she is. Even tho I learned a lot of food, desserts from diff cuisines from her,this one in particular is among my best of traditional delicacies that I could never get enough of. I wanted to try out something different and remembered how we were taught garri Biscuits in secondary school then decided to recreate the recipe. I wondered how baking with garri would turn out hence this recipe. My garri cookies has this bit of tangy taste because of the use of garri but it's absolutely yummy😘👌

I ran out of if semolina,while making it ,so I added lil garri to bind it,garri must be little ,so it doesn't get too strong

#oldschoolNormally we do this during free week,is when we finish our end term exams, waiting for declaration of holidays,and we do it as a team work,e.g I will bring, garri, someone will bring, sardine etc,if some students see you preparing this,you are regarded as as the richest in the school😂😂😂,because free week is time almost all the students are done with their provisions stuff
