Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 2Maggi cubes
  4. 1 tbspalm oil
  5. Scott bonnet
  6. Onion
  7. Garlic
  8. Oil to fry
  9. 3 cupswater
  10. Vegetables oil to fry
  11. Dried pepper
  12. Scott bonnet

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sift the flour and add salt,maggi and mix very well

  2. 2

    Peel garlic, ginger and onion, and grate them into pieces

  3. 3

    Add the grated ingredients in to and mix,then add a spoon of Palm oil and very

  4. 4

    If it's too thick you can add little more water

  5. 5

    Fry and serve with dried pepper
