Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppowdered milk
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1/2 cupCulture or L&Z

Cooking Instructions

    Mix water, milk and whisk until no lumps

    Put on flame, keep whisking until started frothing

  3. 3

    Remove on flame and let it cool a little

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 Culture or use L&Z stir and and transfer to airtight container and leave overnight or 8hrs

  5. 5

    I had some lumps so I used mixer at low speed to make it smooth

  7. 7
