  2. 500 mlrefind oil
  3. 1/2 bowlUrad dall
  4. 1/4 bowlGram flour
  5. 1 tspsoff
  6. 1 tspRed chili powder
  7. 1 tspGarammasala
  8. 1 tspsalt or as par taste
  9. 1 tspamchur powder
  10. 1/2 tspAjwain
  11. 1 pinchheang powder

    Firstrince urad dall in warm water for 15 min and grind it, put a pan on a flame add two spoon oil add heang powder, soff, and basen fry one min then add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and fry it 5 mins, our filling is ready, then seperatt it.

    Take maida add 1/2 tsp salt, Ajwain, and two tsp oil and water then make a dow, rest five min and make small ball

    Take one ball make small puri with the help of roller

    Fill in our filling with spoon

  5. 5

    Margin cover with water for binding proper

    Then cover it with hands and top turned and bind with water and make kachori shaped with help of palm.

    Put a pan on a flam add oil for fryed kachori, do medium hot oil then add kachori in it

    Fryed it in medium flame up to 5 to 8 min in both side

    Its ready to served with tomato sauce or green chutney
