Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspmix veggies
  2. 1chicken thigh cut into cubes
  3. 2 stalkscelery
  4. 5 pieceschicken sausage
  5. Left over rice
  6. 1 tbspcooking.oil
  7. 4eggs
  8. 3 clovesgarlic minced
  9. 3shallots minced
  10. Halftso light soy sauce
  11. DashBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat egg and stir fry then set aside.

    Stir fry garlic and shallots until aromatic then add chicken,cook it until golden brown.

    Then add in mix veggies then the rice mix well until well properly combined.

  4. 4

    Then pour in the egg,celery and season with soy and black pepper mix again and cook until done.
