Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a ball. one at time, flatten each ball with the palm of your hand then roll out to a thin circle adding a little extra flour if needed to avoid sticking.

  3. 3

Heat your pan and be placing the rolled dough one after the other until Brown spots starts to appear on your chapati or 1 minute on each side.

  4. 4

Add some oil, then add green chillies and onion. Let it cook for a while.minutes.Now, add hot water, then curry, add seasoning and red chilli powder stir well then add the potato and allow to cook for 7 minutes

  5. 5

In a blender, blend everything together and refrigerate for 30 minutes if you like you can use an empty bottle water and make 3 holes and pour the mixture inside to give you that fancy looking crepe like mine coat your non-stick pan with butter and quickly pour the batter.
