Ingredients

  1. Spinach
  2. 2large Pepper, 1 medium onion, 1 ginger and garlic
  3. 1big Smoke fish
  4. 3maggi cubes and pinch of salt
  5. 1¹/³ cup of oil
  6. Curry

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the spinach spread little salt and wash drain the water and stream it

  2. 2

    Wash and grate your pepper and onion then Peel and chop your ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    Wash and remove dirt from the fish

  4. 4

    In a clean pot add oil heat for 2 minutes,then add onions, ginger and garlic Cook for another 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add pepper cook for a minute then add your maggi, salt and curry

  6. 6

    Add your fish then finally add the spinach mix very well and cook for 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Your spinach source is ready serve with white rice or yam
