Flounder in Sweet & Sour Vegetable Sauce

I think this is a very common recipe, but I wanted to upload a recipe on COOKPAD, so I tried making this.
For the vegetables, I think anything is fine. Please use whatever you have in your refrigerator. Recipe by Tanshin funin no ryourinin

Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce
I wanted to get my kids, who are very particular about what they eat, to eat fish! I made the haddock into cute diced fried bits, like I used to have in my school lunches.Fresh haddock is the most delicious, but if you don't have any, sweet-salted haddock can also be used as-is. If you're using salted haddock and you feel it's too salty, soak it in light salt water (1 liter of water with a tablespoon of salt) for 3-4 hours to remove the saltiness. I wanted to increase my repertoire for cod, since my daughter loves it, so I came up with this version with a veggie-packed sweet vinegar ankake sauce.Prepping the cod well eliminates the unpleasant fishy smell and helps keep it from breaking apart while cooking.Thinly slicing the green pepper horizontally will soften its texture. If you will prepare your katakuriko slurry with the method shown here, you'll be able to avoid lumps.
