Break your egg in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla and beat until pale creamy. Add oil, melted butter and beat for additional 5mins. Then, add the milk and baking powder, mix well.

Add in the semolina and salt, mix until fully incorporated. Spread the mixture into a prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow it to cool, and cut it to your desired shape. Serve and enjoy.
