Cooking Instructions

Boil oatmeal for about 10 Mins. With a teaspoon of salt And drain.
Pour cold water to wash off. - 2
Chop all washed veggies

Cook meat separately with little seasoning and teaspoon salt
Allow to cool off and chop. - 4
Fry slices of yam

In a sauce pan, add groundnut oil, on a low heat and add chopped meat
- 6
Add all chopped ingredients and stir.
Add the boiled oats and seasoning.
Add little water and cover for 10 mins. - 7
When all veggies are cooked.
Turn off heat and serve with fried Yam.
