Ingredients

  1. 8 cupsFresh groundnut.
  2. 4 cupsFlour.
  3. 1 1/2 cupSugar.
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1/2 tbspBaking powder
  6. Egg. 3 large
  7. G/oil for frying
  8. 1 tspVanilla flavour
  9. 1/2 tinpick milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely pick your groundnut and put it in a round bowl

  2. 2

    Break your eggs and add milk, sugar, salt and flavour and mix, keep it aside for the sugar to dissolve

  3. 3

    Mix your flour and baking powder

  4. 4

    Using spoon spread a little portion of the liquid mixture on the groundnut, shake the bowl and spread little flour on it

  5. 5

    Continue shaking and adding the both wet and dry mixture till the groundnut becomes completely coated

  6. 6

    If it sticks together, use your hand to separate the groundnut

  7. 7

    Fry in a deep oil and enjoy
