Heat up oil and stir fry anchovies until crunchy and dish out.

Heat up oil and stir fry anchovies until crunchy and dish out.Use the same oil to stir fry the garlic until fragrance and add in bean sprouts. Stir fry for about 30 seconds and add in some spring onions.

Transfer to serving plate and garnished with crispy anchovies. Enjoy
