This is my first attempt at making butter chicken, it took awhile to put everything together but it was worth it. Am not a heavy fan of India food but this I will cook again. I smoked my marinade chicken before frying it this method took the flavour to another level. I would share a separate recipe on how to smoke your marinade chicken to increase the flavour.
