Butter shortbread

My family really like shortbread so I decided to make this

I created this shortbread to celebrate the new year

I just said no chin chin this sallah, let's make cookies and share with family and friends.

I so much like butter cream. Early morning on sallah day my children were like since we've already bake a cake why not to decorate it . That's when we came up with this idea. They called it rough deco. Lols

I saw it on @4321ss and I thought why not give it a try and it turn out amazingly good you all should try it.

So I decided to try out a new recipe.. It was creamy and soft.

Traditional Scottish shortbread cookies are synonymous with 3 major ingredients (flour, butter and sugar). The cookies get their milky taste from the butter which is made from pasteurized cow’s milk.I add corn flour for extra firmness of the cookies so they don’t crumble easily.You can also substitute all purpose flour for wheat flour.This recipe would blow your mind!!! 😁😁
