Cooking Instructions

Sieve your flour, sugar then separate the egg white and yolk

Take your butter pour it to a bowl add 50g of sugar to it and mix it with mixer for 3 minutes then add your egg yolk and flavor to it and mix well, pour flour and baking powder then knead with hand to form a soft dough

Then divide the dough into 2 part, take 1 part and divide it again into 2 part

Take the 1 part and put into fridge for 30 minus the 2 part into freezer

Take your white egg bit with mixer for 40s and add the remaining 80g fo sugar to it and mix well

Take 300g of yogurt pour it to a bowl mix and add 3 tblsp of flour to it mix it well and add your white egg mixture to the yogurt and bit well

Take baking paper and roll the half dough from the fridge on the paper then put the dough roll into baking pan add the yogurt mixture then grate the dough from the freezer on top of it with your grater and bake for 30 minutes.
