I had some leftover masa from stuffed chilaquiles, so I decided to use it to make these mini quesadillas for the girls' lunchboxes. I also made them in the air fryer and then used an edible marker to draw faces on them. They turned out cute and delicious!

Ma mom doesn't really like food with egg, so i almost make pancake without egg and add melted salted butter in it.. i like to use salted butter because i think it's greater than using butter and salt (: but if you want, you can use unsalted butter with salt.. just as you like. And yeah as I love nutella so I serve it with nutella and ma favorite cheese.. Low fat cheese seems perfect I think :)

I could not believe how easy it was to make corn tortillas at home. I made a little modification to a recipe I found at theKitchn.com. So much better then the ones you find at the store.
