  1. 15medium size of Iris potatoes
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 1 cupvegetable oil

    Peel and wash the potatoes, cut in an elongated shape, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and deep fry on a moderate heat, when it is done, strain the excess oil. Serve and enjoy, it can be served with veggies sauce or egg omelette, I served mine with tomato omelette.
