Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6 cupsFlour
  2. 250 gMagrine
  3. 1 tinCorned beef
  4. 3eggs
  5. 2 tbspSugar
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1 tspBaking powder
  8. 1/4 tspCinnamon
  9. 1/2 cupWater
  10. Onion
  11. 1Maggi
  12. Fresh rosemary from my garden
  13. Curry

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour, sugar, Cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add magrine and mix followed by 2 eggs, milk and little water do not over work.
    Keep 1 egg for egg washing.

    Wrap in a cling film and refrigerate for 20min+or-

  4. 4

    Pour your corned beef in a plate and season with onions, Maggi, Curry and rosemary no need of salt the beef already has salt

  5. 5

    Spread the dough on a flat surface and trim the edges

  6. 6

    Add the seasoned beef at one edge and roll the dough so that the beef will be at the center

  7. 7

    Cut into your desired shape, eggwash and bake in a preheated oven

  8. 8

    Serve with hot tea or cold juice.
