Ingredients

  1. Quarter yam
  2. 3eggs
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 3red bell pepers
  5. 2scotch bonnet
  6. 1large onion
  7. 3 cupsOil
  8. 1/2 tea spooncurry & thyme
  9. 1maggi
  10. 1red onga
  11. 1/2 tea spoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the yam slice into pieces wash with water sprinkle some salt on it & use the 3 cups oil to fry until brown & soft.

  2. 2

    Crack one egg at a time in a bowl add a pinch of salt, some chopped onion beat the egg heat your pan add a lil oil & fry until golden brown then remove from pan & repeat the process with the remaining eggs.

    Blend ur tomato, scotch & red pepper put the paste into a pot cook until water is drained i choose to chop the onion than blending it(long beautiful slice)add it in & add 1 serving spoon oil fry & add in the seasonings stir every thing & serve.😋😋👍🏻
