I have been very lazy those days, have plenty of recipes to post but can't find time to do so, I can't imagine that this is my first recipe in the year, thank Allah I did before the month ends.

Wash and thinly sliced your veggies

Break eggs in a bowl add seasoning and veggies whisk thoroughly

Put little oil in a pan, pot in the egg mixture and scramble until its fried.

Rub butter to bread, spread the scrambled egg, and Cover with another buttered bread
- 5
Place in your pre heated toaster and toast. Serve with tea or juice, enjoy😋😋
