Snowball Cookies for Christmas

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I make this not just for the Christmas season, but also at other times of the year.
It is easy and cute, so my kids bring them as gifts when they visit their friends' houses.
It is sweet and delicious.

I always use margarine for cake as it is soft to mix and reasonably priced, but of course you can use butter instead.
If you have cornstarch, use half cornstarch and half cake flour. It makes for a lighter texture.
These will be pretty fragile just after baking, so please be gentle. Recipe by Nyanyadeko.

Would like to have measurements other than the metric system. The US doesn't use it.
