It's full of vitamins,minerals,fiber, anti-oxidant🍹🍹,good to be taken on empty stomach because it works wonders,take 30mins-1 hour before breakfast,the lemon juice perfects this combo
Note:your juice must not be "Blood Red"but "Off Red"to avoid any possible side effect
Mix with enough fruit and veggies

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 300 gGrated Carrot
  2. Beet 1(med) Size
  3. Ginger 1Big Chunk
  4. 3/4 CupLemon Juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beet well,peel, rinse well,dice it, set aside

  2. 2

    Scrape carrot,rinse in salted water,rinse again with water,drain,grate or blend with 4cups of water (I grated mine cos I needed carrot powder)

    Extract lemon juice, set aside

  4. 4

    Now blend beet with 3cups of water, sieve,set aside

  5. 5

    Pour 5cups of water into grated carrot if using,you can add more water sieve,or blend and sieve,set aside,grate ginger, sieve,set aside

  6. 6

    Now add all juice to a blender and mix well by blending

  7. 7
