Ingredients

30minutes
5 servings
  1. 2 cupsGarri
  2. 10small tomatoes
  3. 1large onion
  4. 3scotch bonnet
  5. 2garlic
  6. 1/2 cupkuli kuli
  7. 2tblsp cooking oil
  8. Mint for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions

30minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and strain garri allow to soak for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Chop or dice tomatoes and onion into small chunks

  3. 3

    Pound scotch bonnet and garlic to a smooth paste

  4. 4

    Now add kuli kuli to the garri (my kulikuli has everything in it spices and seasoning) add the chop tomatoes and onion add oil and mix everything together

  5. 5

    Garnish with with mint leaves and enjoy My boarding school mates will understand this meal 😅
