  1. 1 kgGreen Tomatoes
  2. 200 gGreen Scotch Bonnet
  3. 50 gRed Scotch Bonnet
  4. 3 pcsGreen Chilli Pepper
  5. Red Chilli (shombo)2pcs
  6. Onions Rings
  7. 1 CupSeeded Iru
  8. Powdered Crayfish 3cksp
  9. 35 clPalm Oil
  10. Seasoning
  11. Lil Salt
  12. Chevon

Cooking Instructions

    Wash,season and marinate meat,cook with water just same level of meat till tender and water is almost dry

    Now assemble ingredients

    Wash all, dice tomatoes,blend pepper roughly,set aside

  4. 4

    Now heat up oil in a big sauce pan,bleach oil slightly,add onions, iru and pepper,stir fry for 1min till tender on med heat

  5. 5

    Now add,meat,stir fry for 30secs,add diced tomatoes, seasoning, Crayfish,stir fry till well mixed

  6. 6

    Taste to adjust with salt or seasoning

  7. 7

    Remove from heat

  8. 8

    Enjoy with rice💃💃
