Ingredients

  1. Okro
  2. Smoked fish
  3. Tomatoes and pepper paste
  4. Salt
  5. Crayfish
  6. Seasoning
  7. Garri
  8. Palmoil
  9. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the okro boil for few minutes adding salt,seasoning and onion.

  2. 2

    Fry the tomato and pepper paste in bleached palmoil fry untill it gets darker in colour.add salt,crayfish,seasoning,smoked fish,onion.

    After 5 to 8minutes is ready.boil water pour in a bowl and sprinkle garri allow to cool turn kt and serve with the soup
