  2. 5 1/3 ozcrescenza cheese (about 150 grams, or substitute with a mild, creamy cheese)
  3. 3 1/2 ozcream cheese (about 100 grams, such as Greek-style cream cheese or regular cream cheese)
  4. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  5. Black pepper
  6. Salt
