Cooking Instructions

Moisten the pane carasau with water and place some of it on the bottom of a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Spoon half of the crescenza and cream cheese over the bread in dollops, without spreading it out.

Cover with another layer of moistened pane carasau and more spoonfuls of cheese.

Finish with pieces of pane carasau fitted together to cover the entire surface.

Drizzle with olive oil, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 10–15 minutes. Serve the focaccia with pane carasau hot.
