In northern Nigeria, a wedding without dublan we feel its incomplete,so we grew up enjoying it occasionally so I decided to make it at home,because I love it, and I can't wait for a wedding to enjoy it anymore 👌

Ingredients

  1. Flour
  2. Oil,salt, sugar
  3. Butter
  4. Black seed
  5. Sugar syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix flour,salt sugar,and add water to make a dough, knead well and cut into small pieces, take each and roll to flat, apply oil and roll another and keep it on top of the other and apply oil again do this till you finish with the dough.

    Arrange the flattened dough, and roll it again,

    Toss both side on the pan just until you see this white signs👇

    Yo remove from pan and cut it into three vertically, then separate it carefully, just like samosa wrap.

    Then take one and make a circle shape and stock it, like this👇

    Heat some oil and fry it, be careful not to burn it, because it fries sharply

    After frying add to the sugar syrup and sprinkle some black seed
