Ingredients

25-30 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 200 gmsnoodles
  2. 1 cupVegetables (capsicum, corn, carrots, beans) -
  3. 1 tsp- chopped ginger
  4. 1/2 tsp- chopped garlic
  5. 1/2 tsp-Chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp- Chilli sauce
  7. 1.5 tspSoya sauce
  8. 2 tablespoonsTomato ketchup
  9. 1 tspSugar
  10. 2 tablespoonsCelery (finely chopped)
  11. 2 tablespoonsSprinkle onions
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tablespoons- oil

Cooking Instructions

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Just follow the instructions to cook the noodles in the pack.
    In a pan add oil, the flame should be high, add ginger, garlic. Saute well add spring onions, onions, celery, sugar, salt. Saute for 30 seconds.

    Add sugar, all the sauses, chilli flakes, salt mix well.

    Add the vegetables and tause well. Sprinkle water and tause for just 1-2 minutes.

    Add cooked noodles add some spring onions and toss well. If required add some tomato sauce, soya sauce and toss well. Veg Noodles are ready to serve.
