Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3Fresh salmon filet
  2. Sauce
  3. 3 tbspMirin
  4. 2rounded tablespoons ☆ Sugar
  5. 2rounded tablespoons ☆ Sake
  6. 2rounded tablespoons ✩ Soy sauce
  7. 1to 2 teaspoon ☆ Grated ginger
  8. Vegetables for garnishing
  9. 2Green peppers
  10. 1/2Zucchini

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ☆ ingredients in a bowl.

    Pat dry excess moisture from the filets and coat with katakuriko.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan and place in the salmon filets. Cook both sides.

  4. 4

    When the salmon is cooked, wipe excess oil from the frying pan with paper towels.

  5. 5

    Pour in the sauce from Step 1.

  6. 6

    Sauté the salmon with the ginger sauce and it's done (It doesn't take much time to cook down the sauce).

  7. 7

    I fried the vegetables for garnishing in another pan.
