Blue Cheese, Grape, Apple, and Walnut Salad

I used some of the arugula that I grow to make a salad to go with my wine.

English apples are quite small, so if using a Japanese apple, you should be fine with 1/2 an apple. Blue cheese has some sodium in it already, so please adjust the amount of salt you add accordingly. I used Shropshire Blue Cheese. Recipe by KT121

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 largehandfuls Arugula, mixed greens, lettuce, etc
  2. 40 gramsBlue cheese
  3. 12Grapes
  4. 1 smallApple
  5. 1 bunchWalnuts
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp●Olive oil
  7. 1 tbsp●Balsamic vinegar
  8. 1 tsp●Lemon juice
  9. 1/2 tsp●Honey
  10. 1 dash●Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the ● ingredients together. Lightly roast the walnuts. Cut the grapes in half lengthwise. Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.

    Wash the apples well and slice into very thin slices.

  3. 3

    Pile the vegetables and fruits on a plate and top with the blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle on the dressing and enjoy.
