Cut the butter into 1 cm chunks, place in a small dish, and bring to room temperature to soften.

Wash the herbs and use a paper towel to dry. Finely chop the fennel and other herbs, then add to the butter.

Grate the garlic and add to Step 2.

Mix well. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator. You can also store it in the freezer.
