    Peel the yam and wash it then cut it into desired size

    Heat the oil, glazed the yam with some salt then add into the oil and fry, but do not over fry

  3. 3

    For the sauce, add some oil into a pan and the tomato mix, fry for 5mins

  4. 4

    Add water, seasonings, spices cook for another 5mins

  5. 5

    Add the chopped spring onions, simmer for 2 mins, it's ready😋😋😋
