Ingredients

3 people
  1. Tuber of yam
  2. Veg. Oil
  3. Salt
  4. Fresh peppers (scotch &red bell)
  5. Fresh tomatoes (2 pieces)
  6. Large onion bulb

Cooking Instructions

    Peel off the yam bark,slice and soak it in cold water for some minutes.

    Sprinkle a pinch of salt and deep fry the yam. When it's ready, gently place in a dry sieve to remove excess oil.

    Pound or blend your fresh peppers, chop the tomatoes and slice your onion.

  4. 4

    Add little oil into an empty pot or pan. Add in the pepper paste, tomatoes, onion and stir. Cover and allow it to cook for 10mins.

    Then add your seasoning, salt to adjust the taste (small amount), stir fry for some minutes.

    When it's done, stir and serve with your already fried yam. Enjoy!
