Ingredients

  1. 250 gm Wheat flour
  2. 100 gmgreen me thi(chopped)
  3. 2 tbsoil,
  4. 1cup oil for preparing thepla to spread for fry
  5. 2 tbsp green garlic (crush)
  6. 1 tbspcaraway seeds
  7. 1 tbsp green chilli(crush)
  8. 2 tbspcurd
  9. 1 tbsp red mirchi powder
  10. 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tbspsalf
  12. As Required:Water to dough preparation

Cooking Instructions

    First taken wheat flour in add salt, caraway seed,
    Add crush green garlic
    Add in crush green chilli
    Add in mirchi powder
    Add in turmeric powder
    Add in 2 tbs curd
    Add in 2 tbs oil

    Add in chopped green methi

    Proper mix up and
    Add in water as per requirement and prepare for dough.
    Ready for keep hard dough.not smoothy.

    Prepare to roll in round shape

  5. 5

    Taken fry pan and put in gas stove for medium flame.
    Fry thepla in pan oil added in one side to other side (both side)

  6. 6

    Completely fry both side
    Ready for methi thepla.
    I suggest you can Methi thepla serving in dry potato subji,achar,curd, sev tamatar subji
