Steps

Wash the methi leaves properly.Finely chop it.

Take a bowl,add wheat flour,methi leaves,paste of green chilli and garlic,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt,curd,oil and mix well

Now add required water and form a semi soft dough..

Rest for 30 mins.

Divide the dough into equal small balls and roll into thin chapati.

Roast it on the tawa flipping both sides with ghee.

Serve hot or cold in tiffin,lunch,dinner etc.
