Ingredients

  1. 50 kgShambo
  2. 100 kgTattashe
  3. 50 kgscotch bonnet (Attarodo)
  4. 10 bunchesspring onion
  5. Storage
  6. Pure water nylon
  7. Santana

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Firstly you need enough space and sunlight for it to come out perfectly if you dry it under the shade it comes out black there by making your soups not come out nice

  2. 2

What i do is pay some experts who do this to remove the seeds and the stem from the peppers and cut in 2 lenght wise

  3. 3

Now if you dont have cemented flour you can but plastic roofing one used for tents during weddings and spread on top be sure that it is on DONOT DISTURB MODE yes the moment you spread dont go turning it leave it to dry the sun will do the magic

  4. 4

When its dr which takes about 2weeks put into a big basin and mix so the seeds are at the bottom now get your nylon and store after picking the good ones be sure to save this in an absolutely dry room to avoid it being damp and soggy this can last upto 6 months save for a raining day yes these are all expensive during the raining season

  5. 5

Now for the spring onion you need 2 methods the dry method and the freeze method
For the dry method you cut into desired shapes and dry in shade this time around avoid sun light it looses its bright green colour store in an air tight container or you can blend to dry powder

  6. 6

For the frozen tire in small nylon bags and store in freezer if you have enough light

  7. 7

This is a very effective method which i have been using for close to 5years and it works for me 😉
