Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right. For about 30-35. Recipe by Karenmamacchi cookpad.japan -

Baked Dark Chocolate Donuts Made with Pancake Mix Baked Dark Chocolate Donuts Made with Pancake Mix
I took the ingredients from a previously submitted"Steamed Dark Chocolate Cake Made in a Silicone Tray" and I tried transforming it into a baked chocolate doughnut recipe. You can add the whole bar of chocolate if you want to.The sweetness and richness of milk chocolate varies, so adjust the amount of chocolate you use until it's the flavor you want. (This time I used bittersweet chocolate.) For 6, 7 cm [2.8 in] diameter doughnuts. Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -
Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -
Cinnamon Doughnut Holes Cinnamon Doughnut Holes
Makes 24-30 doughnut holes. Everytime I've made them, it's made 29. The story behind this recipe for me is that for highschool swimming, we had to make a baked good or treat to share with the team. I didn't want to just do something predictable like chocolate chip cookies, so I thought about the other sweets that I enjoy. And I thought about the State Fair and mini donuts popped in my mind. These doughnut holes are simple, fun and quick to make. Anna Udean
