Homemade Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 2-3 poundsSkirt Steak
  2. 3 headsBroccoli
  3. 3Red Bell Peppers
  4. 1-2Onions (depends on your preference)
  5. 1-2 headsGarlic or you can use the desired amount of Minced garlic as well
  6. 3/4 cupSoy Sauce
  7. 1/3 cupRaw Honey
  8. 1 teaspoonPepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoonSalt
  10. 1 teaspoonGinger Powder
  11. 1 teaspoonSesame Seeds
  12. 4 cupsJasmine Rice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut up bell peppers, onion, broccoli & garlic (if you use fresh) and set aside in a large size bowl.

    Cube the steak into small bite size pieces & place into large bowl. Set aside until your sauce is ready. In a medium size bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, pepper, salt, ginger, minced garlic (if you don’t use fresh garlic) & sesame seeds together. Pour over the cubed steak. Stir it well & refrigerate. Let it marinate for a couple of hours.

    Cook the meat over medium heat for 10-15 minutes (until cooked all the way through) & then add the bell peppers, onion & broccoli. Continue to cook over medium/high heat for another 30 minutes, stirring often.

    Serve over a bed of Jasmine Rice. Enjoy
