Cooking Instructions

Firstly take a one kg chicken neatly clean n wash 4 to 5 times in a normal water, n marinate with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, curd, chicken masala mix it well n keep a side a side for 15 minutes, take above all d ingredients together.

Now heat the pressure cooker add oil n buttet as per requirement.

Add all d above garam masalas n saute for a minutes, add chopped onion n cook till d colour change now add chopped tomatoes.

Mix it well n cook for five minutes, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder kanda lahsun masala, garam masala n chicken masala n roasted dry coconut onion masala

Add salt n some Coriander leaves, butter mix it well n cook for ten minutes.

After that add marinated chicken n mix it properly n cook five to 10 minutes.

After that add hot water as per needed n some Coriander leaves cover d lid pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistle.

Now switch of d gas rest five minutes, after that open d lid now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy Butter Chicken 🐓 masala is ready to serve serve hot in a serving dish.
