Ingredients

  1. leavesUgwu
  2. Spinach
  3. Palm oil
  4. Smoked fish
  5. Stock fish/dry fish
  6. Crayfish
  7. Goat meat
  8. Kpomo
  9. cubesSeasoning
  10. Okpehey
  11. Iru(locust beans)
  12. Scotch bonnets
  13. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and put the proteins on the fire.

    Add 3cubes of seasoning cubes

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions and leave to cook for 3omins

  4. 4

    In a hot pot
    Add some palm oil

  5. 5

    When it’s very hot,add some crayfish powder

  6. 6

    Add the blended scotch bonnet

  7. 7

    Leave to cook for 3mins

  8. 8

    Add okpehey and iru

  9. 9

    Add seasoning cubes

  10. 10

    Add salt to taste

  11. 11

    Pour the protein into the pot and let it boil for 5mins until the water almost dries up

  12. 12

    Drain and add the washed ugwu leaves and stir

  13. 13

    Wash and add the spinach leaves and let it boil for 2mins.
    Viola!!! It’s ready

    Note:you can use any protein of your choice☺️
    For stronger aroma,add uziza leaves
