Ingredients

  1. 2large or 4 small ripe mangoes, peeled and seeded
  2. 9 teaspoonslime juice (from 1 juice lime)
  3. 6 teaspoonssugar
  4. 12 ouncesripe strawberries, hulled and quartered (if large)
  5. Mint leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes

    In a bowl toss strawberries with 5 teaspoons lime juice and 2 teaspoons sugar. Let sit for 30 minutes out of the refrigerator, or for longer in the refrigerator.

    Place mango in a food processor. Add 2 teaspoons sugar and 4 teaspoons lime juice. Purée until smooth. Scrape into a bowl, and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

    Garnish with mint leaves.
